Returns & Refunds
- Pre-order items are produced according to the quantities ordered by customers.
Returns are allowed before the pre-order deadline.
- Fully customized items (e.g., masks, T-shirts) are non-returnable after the pre-order deadline.
- For return requests made after the deadline, only a partial refund is available. The refund amount will be 30% of the total order value.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, please take photos of the product and the issue encountered, then send them via our official customer service channels (LINE or Emaill: delucatofficial@gmail.com).
If the issue is confirmed to be a product defect on our part, we will arrange an exchange for you.
Important Notice about Shipping Information
Please make sure the shipping information you provide is complete and accurate.
If there are any errors or missing details that prevent us from successfully shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
If six months pass after the preorder shipping period begins and we still haven’t received your reply,
we will no longer hold your items, and the order will be considered forfeited.
